Pesto is super versatile and can be made with a variety of ingredients. This pesto includes:
- Carrot Top Greens
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Grated Parmesan
- Cashews
- Garlic Clove
- Red Chili Flake, Salt & Black Pepper
Blend everything in a food processor and adjust to taste! Serve with your favorite pasta, meat, or veggies.
