This is a super quick and flavor snack for any time of day. I love to make this in between meetings or just relaxing on the couch. I used my Our Home Always Pan to steam the edamame and sauté it. It was such an easy process and clean up!
Recipe
- 1 bag of Frozen Edamame (I used Trader Joe’s)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Garlic powder
- Red chili flake
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Steam the frozen edamame with a pot and steamer basket, or thaw in the fridge overnight.
- Heat pan over medium-heat with olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the edamame, garlic powder, chili flake, soy sauce & sesame oil. Sauté for 5 more minutes or until soy sauce starts to caramelize.
- Adjust any ingredients to taste. Serve warm.
